Refund policy

A listing fee is refunded in full if the submission is rejected as ineligible in review, or if a claim cannot be verified and is withdrawn. Once a listing is published or a claim approved, the one-time fee is not refundable. A content order is refundable in full before work starts and pro rata for undelivered articles after; a delivered article with its revision round used is not refundable. Ongoing content stops at the end of the paid cycle. Refunds go back to the card through Stripe within ten business days.
